More fodder for my Worst Mom title: a letter just arrived and he said he ran out of shampoo. Uh oh, we are in trouble, has he discovered girls at camp? Why else would he have run out of shampoo?

In years past, threeundertwo, when we've picked him up, his hair was matted and I think he was still wearing the very same clothes that he wore the day he left for camp. Yikes!

LOL. The real question is: how many showers is he taking? My kids can go a whole week at camp without one, but they do swim I guess. blech.

Found you via mom bloggers club. The Groovy Girls logo is genius. Wish I'd thought of it!

Blondeshell, doesn't this mean that as a stay at home mom, you already are well-trained yourself for the position of President? I do all of those things daily, don't you?

Well, shoot, did not get Lucky today and not ever getting Lucky according to the Good Will. All stuffed animals are sent to the city and 'recycled.' I felt like I had to cover K3's ears. Ugh! I am so having a book written about me by all three of my kids--and maybe a major motion picture where I am screaming, "What's wrong with wire hangers???!!!"

I share your burning desire to purge the mountains of toys, stuffed animals, art projects and other things that seem to rise overnight....if only to see the floor again....but I have to admit, I am secretly rooting for a Lucky reunion!

I thought maybe I would suggest to my 5-year old this year that he select a few items that he no longer plays with to donate to those less fortunate. Does that sound even remotely plausible?

Comment on Why The Auto Flush? by Mermaid

Three thoughts:
1. We are blessed with 'seat protection' in our fair state. Do you ever notice when you travel outside this territory that seat protectors are far and few to come by?

2. The auto flush is because some people are lazy and clean up after their dogs better than themselves. If you were fined for leaving tinkle sprinkles on the seat, then I think we'd have a cleaner, happier place to live.

3. Don't blame it on the little kids, folks, they actually can't hover above the seat in order to get pee all over the place like grown ups. I've heard studies quoted saying the women's restroom is hands down the dirtiest place to pee--even worse than the men's room.
